Retreats and Events Policy and Procedure:
PHOTOGRAPHS:When filling out the form for retreats and events you hereby consent to the use of photographs taken during event(s) for public use in advertising and/or promoting retreats and/or used by designers. You do this with full knowledge and consent and waive all claims for compensation for the use of any photographs taken.
LIABILITY: When filling out the form for retreats and events you understand you must provide your own medical/liability insurance and any additional travel related insurance as deemed necessary. You release all companies and their officers, directors, agents, representatives, employees, volunteers, successors and/or assigns from any and all responsibility, liability, or claims, including but not limited to, any claims based upon alleged negligence from or personal injury, damages, accident or illness incurred, arising from, or related to your participation in any activity at or connected with the retreat as titled above.
You authorize Olde Green Cupboard to charge the card number given at the time of registration you have authorized for the purpose of paying any fees due for the sole purpose of said events/products/supplies. No refunds for deposit and/or payments within 30 days from first day of the event. $100 is non-refundable for any type of cancellation once registered for said event to cover actual administration cost incurred.
