Class Registration - Rules & Regulations

Remember to register early for classes - class size is limited.  All class  fees  must be paid at the time of registration.  You may register for class in person or by phone.  If registering by phone, a valid credit card is required.  STAR cards are not applicable for classes - no punches - no discounts on class fees.  You may use STAR cards on the purchase of merchandise from your class supply list.  Class supply lists will be furnished upon enrollment.

If you are unable to attend a class, notification must be received a minimum of 24 hours before class or funds paid will not be refunded.  If notification is received within 24 hours, store credit will be issued and may be used on other classes or merchandise.  No cash or credit card refunds. At the time of registration, a supply list will be provided (if applicable).  It is the students’ responsibility to have all supplies with them when class begins.  Please DO NOT BRING children or guests to class. Our space is limited and we need to be considerate of the other students in class. 

Where we understand that circumstances arise making you late, we do appreciate a telephone call
(904) 880-6656 if you know you will be more than 10 minutes late.  If the instructor feels the late arrival may disrupt the class or feels you (the student) will be too far behind to catch up with the class, the instructor has the authority to ask you to reschedule at no extra fee.

Class may be cancelled due to lack of an adequate number of student registrations.   If this occurs, a full refund will be given.  If the student wishes to have their fee applied to another class or used on merchandise purchased, arrangements will be made.

Please remember that you MUST be comfortable with your sewing machine if you are taking a machine oriented class. It is strongly suggested that if you are using a machine that you may have just purchased, to bring your instruction book to class in the event we need to assist you with stitches, tension, etc.  If you are using one of the sewing machines in the classroom, you must bring your own thread or purchase thread from the sales floor.
