· · Graham’s Mini Travel Iron Set pattern
· Case: ½ yd
· Lining: fat quarter
· Binding: ½ yd
· Batting: 12” x 14”
· Quilted Teflon Material: ½ yd
· Cord/Ribbon: 1 yd
· Foamcore Board:  (1) 5” x 7”
· 2” Velcro
· Optional 1” Button
· Sewing machine in good working order and accessories….Please know how to operate your machine.  We will not have time in class to learn about our machines and sew our projects.
· General sewing supplies:  pins, scissors, seam ripper, etc.

PRIOR TO FIRST CLASS, PLEASE……

From Outside Fabric, cut:
· 7 ½” x 30” (outside case)
· 7 ½” x 10” (case pocket)
· 4 ½” x 16” (accessory bag)

From Lining, cut:
· 7 ½” x 10” (case pocket lining)
· 5 ¾” x 8 ½” (pressing mat)

From Binding, cut:
· several  2 ½” wide bias strips, when sewn together equal approximately 80”

From Batting, cut:
· 7 ½” x 10” (case pocket)
· 5 ¾” x 8 ½” (pressing mat)

From Quilted Teflon Material, cut:
· 7 ½” x 30” (case lining)
· 5 ¾” x 8 ½” (pressing mat)
· 4 ½” x 16” (accessory bag)

Layer the 7-1/2” x 10” Case Pocket pcs. (outside fabric, batting and lining); quilt all three pieces together using a 1” diagonal grid.
