Embroiderer’s Guild of America
The DuClay Chapter Interest Group of the
Embroiderer’s Guild of America meet here at the Olde Green Cupboard. If you are interested in embroidery and needlework, we invite you to join these gals!! This guild has members from both Duval and Clay County and they all have one thing in common.... they love needlework. Whether you enjoy beading, canvas embroidery, fibers, counted thread, crewel, quilting, smocking, etc. please come and visit the group and see what wonderful projects they are working on!!!
Then sit down and enjoy them! They will be with us the second Saturday of each month to just sit sew, relax, and enjoy each others company. They would love to have you join EGA.

School’s NOT OUT!!
Just when you thought school was out for the summer... Here’s what we have for you!! Come into the classroom anytime (10:00 - 5:00 Monday - Friday) this summer and work on your projects, quilts, handwork...whatever you want!! We’ll be here to help you with a new technique you want to try, answer questions, help you with ideas on new projects...we are here for you! We’ll keep record of the number of hours you are here...because you’re going to earn HALL PASS POINTS from now until August 30!!
September 1 (Monday) we’ll add up your hall pass points and call you with your total! You can earn $1.00 for every hour that you are with us.... think about this.... if you are here for 3 days @ week - 7 hours @ day that’s $21 @ week times 9 weeks (from June 28 - Sept. 1) you could earn $189 in hall pass dollars! Yippee!!!!! Gather up your sewing gear and pack the car... and head to the OGC!!!
