Fabric Preparation
Cut from tan background fabric:
(1) 39-1/2” x 18” rectangle
GENTLY press a horizontal and vertical center line on the rectangle.
Template Preparation
Trace each template onto the template plastic, being sure to identify each piece with its corresponding letter or number.
OR
Photocopy each template; rough cut around each template. Using a glue stick, glue the photocopied templates to template plastic.
Cut out each template, cutting on the traced or photocopied lines. Place in a ziplock bag and bring to class.
NOTE: For the multi-petalled flowers, you will need a template for each petal.
* You may purchase a sandpaper board OR use an old 6-1/2” square ruler. Place double-stick tape on the perimeter of the wrong side of the square ruler. Place ruler wrong side down onto the back of a sheet of 220 fine grid sandpaper. Using and OLD rotary cutter blade, trim around the outside edges of the 6-1/2” square…instant sandpaper board!
